Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat hereby declares that the Hilal of Jamadi-ul-Awwal was not sighted at any place in North America on the 29th of Rabi-us-Sani i.e. Sunday,the 3rd of April, 2011.  Consequently, the month of Rabi-us-Sani will complete 30 days and the first of Jamadi-ul-Awwal, 1432H will be on Tuesday, the 5th of April, 2011.

May Allah Almighty reward all the Shahideen who made an effort to sight the New Moon, Ameen.
