Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat hereby declares that the Hilal of SHABAN was not sighted at any place in North America on the 29th of RAJAB i.e. Friday, the 1st of July, 2011.  Consequently, the month of RAJAB will complete 30 days and the first of SHABAN, 1432H will be on SUNDAY, the 3rd of July, 2011.

May Allah Almighty reward all the Shahideen who made an effort to sight the New Moon, Ameen.
