Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat,  hereby declares that the Hilal of Zul Qa'dah was sighted on the 29th of Shawwal i.e Wednesday, 28^th Sep., 2011 at Wylie, TX, San Mateo, CA and Stockton, CA and was verified by me. As such  Thursday, the 29^th of September 2011 will be the 1st of Zul Qa' dah, 1432H.

May Allah reward all our Shahideen who made an effort to sight the New Moon.

Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat appeals to all the brothers and sisters in Faith, residing in North America to go out and try to sight the New Moon, around sunset on the 29th of Shawwal 1429H i.e. Wednesday, the 28th of September, 2011 to earn Sawab (reward) in this as well as in the next world.
