Faqueer Abulfatah Syed Nusrat Tashreefullahi hereby informs to all Brothers and Sisters of the Mahdavia Community that the Hilal for Safar ul Muzzaffar has been sighted. And I have taken evidence from our Shahideens in Pennsylvania, Cinninati Ohio, Virginia, Chicago IL who had sighted the New Moon as such the 1st of Safar ul Muzzafar 1433H will be tommorrow Dec 26th2011.
