Allazeena amanoo watatmainnu quloobuhum bizikri Allahi ala bizikri Allahi tatmainnu alquloobu.
Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah: for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction.

Ummul Momineen Bibi Aisha Siddiqua ^Rz. narrated:”A complete month would pass by during which we would not make a fire (for cooking), and our food used to be only dates and water unless we were given a present of some meat.”-(Sahih Bukhari)

Imam Mahdi, The Promised ^PBUH is narrated to have said in respect of nafs (lust, self) that “Nafs tells everybody,”Burn me in this world and work against me.Otherwise tommorow I will take you to Hell.”But the people do not listen to it.”
